Q: I submitted my website, how do I know if it has been accepted?

A: You will receive a message once your submission has been reviewed by one of the directory's editors (if you provided a valid email address) which will inform you whether your submission has been accepted or declined.

Q: How long until my website is reviewed?

A: Premium listings are guaranteed to be reviewed by an editor within 3 business of submission, while Commercial listings are guaranteed to be reviewed by an editor within 5 business days. Non-Commercial submissions do not have a review time guarantee, though most reviews are completed within 2 weeks (review time depends on volume of submissions).

Q: My website was declined, what do I do now?

A: If your website was declined, it was because it conflicted the rules & submission terms of the directory. If you have reviewed the rules and feel this action was a result of an error by one of the editors, simply contact us for an explaination. Premium & Commercial submissions are given a 30 day window  to comply with directory rules if their submissions are declined (all fees will be waived on a second review in these instances). In these cases, please contact an administrator. An administrator will help guide you through the process. You can resubmit your website for a re-review at any time.

Q: My submission was accepted, but contains errors, how do I fix it?

A: Contact us and we will gladly fix the errors in your directory listing. Be sure to include the title & URL of your listing so that we are able to make necessary changes in a timely manner.
